TokenCheap provides access to AI language models through our API. By using our service, you agree to:

• Not share or resell your API tokens
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Maintain reasonable request rates

2. Pricing and Payments

We charge per token used. Payments are non-refundable unless service is unavailable.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for violation of these terms.
